1) Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing may take longer. We recommend carefully reviewing your address before finalizing the purchase.

2) Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 calendar days.

  • Exceptions: some products (e.g., sneakers on demand) may take longer. If applicable, this will be indicated in the product description or we will contact you.

Times are estimated and may vary by destination, season, weather, or courier logistics.

3) Shipping and Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will share shipping information and/or tracking number (when applicable). Tracking may take time to update.

4) Customer Address (very important)

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address (street, number, interior if applicable, neighborhood, zip code, city/state, and references).

If you detect an error in your address after purchase, contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to modify it.

5) Failed delivery / undelivered / courier incidents

A) If NOT delivered due to courier fault (RESEND WITHOUT COST)

If the package is not delivered due to a cause attributable to the courier (e.g., loss, severe damage, route error, or "delivery not made" not due to incorrect data), we manage the case and, once verified, resend your order WITHOUT additional cost.

To start the verification, send us:

  • Order number

  • Buyer's name

  • Confirmed address (as entered at checkout)

  • Screenshot or tracking status (if you have it)

Reshipment without cost applies after verification with the courier and confirmation of the incident.

B) If NOT delivered due to incorrect/incomplete address (RESEND WITH COST)

If the courier cannot deliver because the address was miswritten, incomplete, or with missing data (e.g., number, neighborhood, zip code, etc.), the package may be returned, held, or marked as "undeliverable."
In these cases, reshipment is made with cost, and the corresponding new shipping fee will be charged.6) Changes, returns, and refunds
